Daoskiya yoga

Daoist yoga is a soft, slow practice. The founders of Taoist yoga, the sages of ancient China, it came up with to help people fix the life they themselves complicated. They noticed that the energy blocks, components and weaving, which impede the free flow of energy flow “Qi” (vital force) occur in the internal organs. The causes of these blocks – is a constant stress and negative emotions: fear, anger, resentment. The main objective of Taoist yoga is aimed at the return of a person to a state of harmony.

Translated from the Chinese Tao-Yin is the art of managing energy (Qi) with the powers of the mind, eyes and heart. All exercises are performed Dao-yin, to free the body from the negative energy, and saturate it with vitality. In Taoist yoga attaches great importance to working with tendons. It is believed that the tendons are more reliable. Muscles require constant training and weaken with age, and are able to maintain the elasticity of tendons, even in old age. Taoist practice of yoga is recommended to perform in the evenings, because this is the most opportune time for the soft movements. Free breathing and a combination of strained and relaxed postures fatigue, improves blood circulation and prepares the body to the night’s rest.

Who can practice Taoist yoga : all regardless of age and gender, but this yoga is especially useful hot-tempered people, those who are often nervous and gets tired easily.
