Rolling on a well-known monthly magazine, I came across their special edition, the Hair Care Edition. I’m sure there will be no copies left of this edition with the magazine publish, I thought to share this for the Web savvy people.

Hair condition is directly related to your general health. In fact, your hair condition is a direct barometer of your own health. Beautiful hair is really your crowning glory.

The main reasons for hair loss are stress, hormonal disorders, bad eating habits, diseases, medications, hair dyes, genetic disorders, smoking, etc.

Doing yoga and meditation to limit hair loss will not only give you healthy hair, but will also benefit your entire system. It will improve your all round health physically and mentally too. Yoga will help improve blood circulation in the scalp, improve digestion and reduce anxiety and stress as well.

Asanas asanas that are beneficial for hair loss are:

: All asanas bending forward improves blood circulation in the head or crown area. This nourishes the hair roots and as a result one can observe changes in the hair for a period of time. Here are the few asanas you have to try:

1. Adho Mukha Savasana

Dog down poses, ensures good head circulation and is good for sinus and colds too. It is also useful for mental fatigue, depression and insomnia.

2. Utthahasana

Permanent before laying, helps reduce fatigue and fatigue. Good in menopause and also improves digestion.

3. Vajrasana

It is also called diamond pose. Unlike other asanas it can be done immediately after eating your food. It helps in urinary disorders, weight loss and digestion and also reduces gas in the stomach.

4. Apanasana

Apana refers to the prana or energy of your digestive tract that helps to purify and eliminate toxins. And this pose gives clarity to the mind. It relieves constipation.

5. Pavanmukthasana

It reduces gases and facilitates digestion. The muscles of the lower back are strengthened. It also reduces belly fat and buttocks.

6. Sarvangasana

It helps nourish the thyroid gland, which means healthy respiratory, digestive, genital and nervous system function.

Pranayama beneficial for hair loss:

1. Kapalbhati Pranayam

The brain cells receive more oxygen so that it is good for the nervous system, eliminates toxins from the body and cures obesity, diabetes.

2. Bhastrika Pranayam

It helps eliminate excess wind, bile and phlegm in the body and purifies the nervous system, which prevents any kind of diseases in the body,

3. Naadi Shodhan Pranayam

It helps treat heart problems, asthma and arthritis, depression, migrane, stress and eye problems and ear problems too.

Other points to remember:

  •       With yoga, taking care of your diet is also important. Having a balanced diet including fresh fruits, green vegetables, legumes, cabbages, cereals and dairy products gives you important nutrients for hair growth.
  •       Wash your hair with neem water, keep your hair clean by washing it 2-3 times a week, massage the hair with coconut oil, brush your hair regularly is very good for the growth of your hair hair,
  •      • Avoid using chemicals and many styling products for hair.

In addition to the above, one must understand that hair loss in the natural process and can not be canceled, but the process can be limited or slowed down with the guidance given above. Do not let your hair story be a hair-raising experience for someone.
