Is Enlightening Of Chakras Practically Possible Using Meditation?

Seven chakras

The human being has seven major chakras (or chakras) located along the spine and one more in the upper part of the head. At the base of the spine we have the muladhara. A little further up is the svadhisthana. Then, at the height of the navel, is the manipura. In the heart we have the anahata. In the throat, vishuddha. Close to the shadows, a little above, is the ajna. In the crown of the head is a chakra located outside the backbone, the sahasrara.

Besides these, there are other smaller chakras.

The powers of the chakras

These seven major chackras are able to channel the cosmic energy in our body to some functions when opened. I briefly explain the opening of each of the main chakras. By opening the muladhara chakra, we will have the power of invisibility, conquer disease and discovery. Already the svadhisthana chakra gives one the mastery over the power of love. Manipura bestows the power to conquer sorrow and suffering; vision between the visible and invisible planes; the power of transmutation and healing. Anahata grants the power of free access between the visible and invisible worlds, as well as the dominion over time and space, the vision of the beatitude of oneness, the vision of universal consciousness. Vishuddha has the ability to reveal the messages of various planes of consciousness to the world, according to the degree of openness. All forms of art are expressed in this center. Ajna is the chakra of light. Ajna grants control over past actions and vision of the future. Sahasrara is the chakra of oneness with the supreme. At the moment of its opening, we relate intimately to Eternity, Infinity and Immortality. There is unity with the soul and we have access to the Truth.

Opening the chakras: is there a need? No. Is there a danger? Yes.

There are several ways to open a chakra. One of the forms is the practice of Kundalini yoga. This technique consists of concentrating on each of the centers firmly, invoking the Mother-power or the divinity that presides over the respective chakra.

When practicing Kundalini yoga, each individual will have a personal goal. We know that the opening of each of the chakras gives us some form of power. Balance depends precisely on personal intention in the use of that power. If you will use this power to gain material advantages, or to harm someone or acquire powers beyond your own capacity, then we will be accumulating negative karma in our eternal life. Acquiring powers through Kundalini can be likened to someone who has just won a knife. This person can use as a tool on a daily basis, but he may realize that the same instrument can be used as a weapon. Or in the case of immaturity and curiosity, it can be likened to a child playing with the knife. Unconsciously she can hurt herself or anyone she is around.

We can think of the chakra as a flower, where with the purity of human consciousness they will naturally blossom. It is like opening something out of your time, so patience would be the best technique for those who seek to acquire a higher consciousness.

My Master teaches that if you want to open one of the seven major chakras, then open the heart chakra: this chakra will give you a sense of joy, peace, and bliss. External, vital or disturbed emotions will be purified by the opening of this center.

How important is it to open the chakras?

According to the spiritual Masters, the opening of the chakras is of no importance in human evolution.

The soul already knows how to conduct our life. It is up to us to seek the silence of the mind and purity to be able to hear the soul’s need and to accomplish what our highest self really wants.

Sit in a quiet place with awareness and truth, stand upright for energy to flow more easily. Inspire yourself by focusing on the desire for energy to follow your thinking and energize every point you focus on … Exhale!

1 Base Chakra

Think of an incandescent red dot that rotates clockwise (toward the left side of your body) and brings the force of life … focus on it and energize that point that lies at the base of the spine near the coxis. Inspire saying I am Life! Now Expire …

2 Sacred Chakra

Think of an incandescent orange dot that rotates clockwise and brings the force of fluidity … focus on it and energize that point that lies between the navel height and the coxis. Inspire saying I Fluo! Now Expire …

3 Solar Plexus Chakra

Think of the yellow, an incandescent dot that turns clockwise and empowers you … focus on it and energize that point between the navel and the heart (in the “pit of the stomach”). Inspire saying I Am Power! Now Exhale ..

4 Heart Chakra

Think of an incandescent green dot that rotates clockwise and brings healing strength through love … focus on it and energize that point that is in the center of the heart. Inspire saying I Am Love! Now Expire …

5 Laryngeal Chakra

Think of an incandescent blue dot that rotates clockwise and brings the force of communication … focus on it and energize that point that lies at the throat. Inspire saying I speak clearly! Now Expire …

6 Front Chakra / Third Eye

Think of an incandescent violet point that rotates clockwise and brings the force of the vision … focus on it and energize that point between the two eyebrows. Inspire Saying I See Clearly! Now Expire …

7 Crown Chakra

Think of a white dot turning clockwise and connecting all these other colors and powers … focus on it and energize that spot on the top of your head. Inspire saying I’m Connection! Now Expire …
