Work on the bugs: Surya Namaskar in Ashtanga Yoga

Surya Namaskar Bihar school of yoga. Now we will focus on Surya Namaskar in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga.


As a rule, complex Surya Namaskar performed in the practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga as a warm-up and warm-up. The complex is of two versions (see. Figure).
