What Are Some Easy Yoga Exercises For Slimming The Face?

We all know yoga helps us reduce belly fat, and you can also lose weight with yoga. So what can you do to get rid of those flabby cheeks and double chin? Well, there are a number of effective facial exercises – and that’s what this post is all about.
1. O Workout Cheek
How to do this
Close your mouth and press your lips together.
Blow air under your upper lip, and hold that position for 10 seconds.
Transfer the air towards your left cheek and hold the position for another 10 seconds.
Transfer the air to the right side, and continue holding for another 10 seconds.
Do about 10 – 15 cycles.

2. The Cheek Exercise
How to do this
Inhale deeply with your mouth and fill it with air.
Close the mouth immediately and transfer the air from one side of the face to the other. This has to be done as if you are swaying the water inside your mouth.
Do 15 cycles.

Tilt your head to the ceiling and make sure you are looking up.
Pull your lips hard.
Hold for about 10 seconds and then relax.
You can repeat this exercise 10 times.
Remember not to use any other facial muscle other than your lips during this exercise.

5. Lion Face
How to do this
Breathe in through the nose, clench your fists, and tighten your facial muscles.
Exhale through the mouth, and in doing so, stick your tongue out as much as you can and open your eyes as wide as possible. Open your hands too, at the same time.
Hold for 10 seconds and relax.
Repeat three times.

6. Lips Pull 1
How to do this
Hold your head in the normal position and lift the lower lip, bringing the lower jaw.
You will feel a stretch in the muscles of the jaw and jaw.
Hold this position for about 10 seconds and then relax.
Repeat 10 times.

7. Pull Lips 2
How to do this
Move your upper lip over your lower lip.
Pull it up, and as close to your nose as possible.
Hold your posture for 15 seconds, after which you can relax.
You will feel a pressure on the jaw and jaw muscles.
