Training Y23 (YOGA23) system is a methodical system applying training techniques yoga specifically optimized for the current conditions of the western society. Asanas in Yoga 23 are performed in a free breathing mode or a musical metronome on a ramp and rhythm, often the standard for all. Breathing a metronome allows beginners to direct attention inward and observe the processes in the body and mind, rather than be distracted by the surrounding reality.
