Training Y23 (YOGA23) system is a methodical system applying training techniques yoga specifically optimized for the current conditions of the western society.
The basis of a system laid Sidersky Andrew in 2003. Subsequently, the system was transformed, taking into account the practical and theoretical developments of pupils and colleagues Andrew Sidersky, and has become a highly effective training product of collective creativity, which absorbed the achievements of many skilled professionals in the field of hatha yoga, martial arts, modern sports training methods and fitness, swimming and free diving .

Yoga 23 features a large variety of training techniques, it allows us to solve a wide range of general developmental tasks of rehabilitation and therapeutic nature. Due to the abundance of different variations of the initial complexity of the prior art makes it possible to develop a training program for beginners, for those with impaired physiological functionality and a variety of functional and organic disorders. Yoga 23 perfectly strengthens the body, beneficial effect on all body systems, in particular, on the circulatory and nervous, stabilize hormonal balance.




Asanas in Yoga 23 are performed in a free breathing mode or a musical metronome on a ramp and rhythm, often the standard for all.
Breathing a metronome allows beginners to direct attention inward and observe the processes in the body and mind, rather than be distracted by the surrounding reality.


In practice laid the basis of the matrix 23, is a basic exercise sets.
They are the foundation for applied training programs. All the exercises are divided into five stages, from the simplest to the most complex. Particular attention is paid to safety practices.
