To live with healthy head, you must own your emotional world, be you controlling your emotions. Because when you give the command of your emotional world to the other, your emotions can be fragile and any damage.

To improve your self-esteem you have to know that no one can hurt you unless you hurt yourself. Put your emotions into the hands of people is horrible, horrible because people can play with them and hurt. It is therefore essential to regain controlyour emotional world. You determine how you feel, what you think and believe.

If someone does wrong to you, you do not have to pay with the same currency. You can wait to see what you have done or get to pray for God to correct it. Choose to do the right thing and keep control over your life, why do will affect other error? Your happiness does not depend on how you treat others, it depends on how you treat your yourself . When you regain control, no one can damage your mind.

We hear phrases like:

“You make me happy”
“You stole my peace”

Did I steal peace? I stole it because you gave your emotional world and now depend on that person. It is impossible for anyone to steal peace unless you deliver.

“My kids took me crazy, made me angry”

In the same way no one can make you feel that way unless you let them. You decide to live happy or sad. Jesus said, “Father, forgive them for they know not what they do” He had not given his emotional world people and so said “forgive” decided to do the right thing because it fills you with life and freedom.

By doing this you show that no one has control over your life, if you give your emotions you’ll depend on how you try, if you looked good or bad face, how you talk, what you said … and you’re dead mentally before dying for real. But if you control your life you will say, “Even if everything goes wrong around me and are against me, yet I shall have joy” You will free people.
