  1. Find a quiet place where nothing will distract you. Before starting meditation, sit comfortably with your legs crossed, on the chair or on the floor.
  2. Be fully aware of what is happening and follow the thoughts that arise in your head. During meditation, it is important to understand your feelings.
  3. For beginners, concentration on breathing is especially important. Taking a slow deep breath, try to feel the moment of inspiration on the entire area from the lungs to the nostrils.
  4. Also during meditation it is important to monitor the sensations of the body. Your attention should cover all the organs of the body, from the head to the toes. If you feel that it’s hard for you to concentrate, take a deep breath and concentrate on it – it should help.
  5. Perfection comes with experience. Regular exercises will improve your ability to concentrate and help you change your life.
