Learn to Meditate

Again devote a note to encourage you to learn to meditate, this time I will refer to an article that I found and from which I could extract some paragraphs.

By meditating on a daily basis, we create a deeper awareness of the body, usually we focus on some specific breathing, allowing us to be present and that the mind does not wander.

It reduces levels of stress and anxiety.

It increases self-esteem.

It improves concentration and strengthens memory.

Increases productivity.

Positive thoughts are strengthened.

More mental clarity.

Optimizes social and family relations, labor ….

Meditation is a tool we can use to learn to love and heal us, if we do there will be more harmony in our homes, we can expand and create harmony in our community.
