Yogaterapiyais a complex health practices aimed at specific health problems. It is carried out by performing a special, individually selected, yogichekih exercises, special breathing practices, diet, cleansing the body, etc. At the session on yogoterapiya without risk to health may come people with back pain, scoliosis, herniated, low back pain and other ailments. Yogaterapiya promotes inclusion body’s defenses, sets it to the self-regulation by performing postures that are selected individually depending on the specific disease. As a result, employment yogoterapiya can restore health, relieve stress, to harmonize the psycho-emotional state, affect the pain, activate the body’s defenses.
