Acceptance therapy practice is not to accept the resignation as a path to happiness. Accept what is not resigned.
In order to practice acceptance therapy that does not mean resignation, it is good to open our hearts to life. When it is, it’s just nothing we can do to change it, but from acceptance without resignation us opens a new path. You can not give up against a wall, but if you can look sideways because there is always a door that had not seen and shows us new paths.
