The main methods of aromatherapy

Treatment of some diseases aromatherapy
Colds : inhalations and massages with essential oils of fir, sage, eucalyptus, bergamot, clove, ginger, lavender, peppermint, tea tree, chamomile.
Cardiovascular disease : some essential oils such as hyssop, can have a tonic or regulatory effect on blood circulation. “Hot” essential oils, stimulate circulation, is heated, increase of body temperature (benzoin, camphor, cinnamon bark, juniper, sage, thyme). “Cooling” oils help to reduce arterial blood pressure (lavender, rose geranium). Fragrances for meditation
For meditation and relaxation ideal scents of sandalwood, vanilla, frankincense and valerian. It is appropriate to use as scents of ylang-ylang, patchouli.
