How to properly meditate

Anyone who has tried to meditate at least once in life, experience the benefits of this wonderful state of peace, tranquility and love.
There is a myth that to meditate – it is difficult and meditation – the inheritance of Tibetan yogis. However, this is not true. Meditation is available absolutely everyone. In addition, meditation has several physiological benefits.


Meditation slows down the aging process, reduced oxygen consumption, respiratory rate slows down, which in turn, increases blood flow and slows the heart rate.
In addition, meditation reduces anxiety attacks by lowering the levels of lactate in the blood, reduces muscle tension, eliminate the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome, strengthens the immune system, reduces the activity of viruses and emotional distress.
