THE AWAKENING OF KUNDALINI: REVELATIONS AND MYTHS

The awakening of the Kundalini is a very old concept, which has been practiced by the wise and mystics for thousands of years.

Thanks to the awakening of their Kundalini, these beings were able to live hundreds of years without doctors or advanced technologies. Although they still got sick, they still managed to find healing keys in their own bodies.

The awakening of the Kundalini can cure diseases even the most developed, and this has always been.

What is the awakening of the Kundalini?

To better understand the concept of awakening Kundalini, it is better already to know about what are Kundalini and chakras .

Nevertheless, for simplicity, the Kundalini is a very powerful energy, both spiritual (of the spirit) and etheric (of the ether , invisible energy field around us). This energy can be increased through the expansion of the level of consciousness , and the activation of the chakras, the energy wheels that form the junctions of the kundalini.

There are seven major chakras in our body. They are all aligned with our spine, and extend from the bottom of the spine to the top of the head. In most humans, Kundalini concentrates mainly in the lower chakra (the root chakra, called Muladhara ), and at best, in the lower three chakras.

When kundalini begins to ascend (either by a voluntary or accidental process), it moves spiraling along the 7 chakras of the spine until it reaches the coronal chakra ( sahasrara). You can think of Kundalini as the spiral strands of your DNA, or as two serpents that intertwine indefinitely.

When the Kundalini extends from the lower chakra to the upper chakra, this is called the awakening of the Kundalini.

Myths relating to the awakening of kundalini

“The awakening of kundalini is difficult, and only works for some people”

That’s probably what we hear most often, because people who say that do not know how to do it, and therefore think it’s a gift from heaven. It is simply a latent capacity, which everyone can activate at will, with a minimum of training, rigor, and practice.

“The awakening of the Kundalini is dangerous”

We are not bad to have heard from various sources that to awaken our Kundalini can be dangerous, even mortal. One can also hear that the awakening of the Kundalini can cause mental disorders, which is also completely false.

The awakening of the Kundalini is not dangerous, it is on the contrary a very powerful energetic process. This process requires a deep understanding of how it works and its results, to know what to expect and how to do it because, in fact, incomplete or erroneous knowledge can lead to disaster.

To draw a parallel, imagine that I am asking you if climbing is dangerous. Of course, you will answer me no. On the other hand, if I ask you if a 5-year-old can climb safely, the answer would be different. It’s the same thing with the awakening of the Kundalini. This is why we must begin the awakening of kundalini by being fully conscious and having correct intentions.

“Awakening your Kundalini will make you a superman”

You are not going to change completely after awakening your Kundalini, even if you and your loved ones will most likely notice some noticeable changes.

“Reiki is used to awaken Kundalini”

Even though there are many ways to awaken Kundalini, and Reiki is one, it is not necessary, let alone obligatory.

“The awakening of Kundalini is part of religion”

Not at all, since no major religion (Islam, Judaism, Christianity) actually recognizes the chakras in texts intended for the public. Even if we can find references to the chakras (in the symbol of the rose) and the kundalini in religion, they are often hidden messages, rather than direct mentions.

“You have to use a master / guru to awaken Kundalini”

From the moment you have the right knowledge, you do not need any master, no matter how qualified, to help you in this process. You can, however, benefit from someone’s help, especially if that person has already awakened his Kundalini.

The only watchword I can give you here is to be sure of yourself, to go with full confidence of your potential. From the moment you do it with the right intention and the open mind, your results will always be fruitful.
