Vipassana: the art of living


Vipassana, translated from the ancient Indian language of Pali, it means seeing reality as it is.
Vipassana is one of the most ancient techniques of meditation. It originated in India more than 2500 years ago as a universal remedy for all misfortunes, as the art of living.


Vipassana is taught at ten-day course, during which participants learn the basics of technique and practice to the extent necessary to obtain the desired result.
No previous experience of meditation is required. In Russia, the courses are held regularly. Usually in the spring and autumn held several courses in succession. For courses usually rented one of the children’s health ( “Pioneer”) camps in the Moscow region. Schedule of courses usually becomes aware of a few months before they begin.


Also, in the world there are a lot of permanent centers for courses.
