1) Wear comfortable clothes and do not tighten , allowing you to stay a few minutes in one position without you feeling uncomfortable.

2) Find a quiet place where you can be without anyone to interrupt.
May be some room in your house, some space in nature … Any place serves if you are comfortable and quiet.

3) Sit in a comfortable position , close your eyes and breathe deep and slow.

You just need to be with your back straight and relax every muscle in your body.
