1) Wear comfortable clothes and do not tighten , allowing you to stay a few minutes in one position without you feeling uncomfortable.
2) Find a quiet place where you can be without anyone to interrupt.
May be some room in your house, some space in nature … Any place serves if you are comfortable and quiet.
3) Sit in a comfortable position , close your eyes and breathe deep and slow.
No need to cross your legs or put you in a special position.
You just need to be with your back straight and relax every muscle in your body.
You can go from your toes to your head, carefully going through each muscle, recognizing and relaxing while you focus on your breathing.
4) Start counting 50 to 0, slowly and focus on your breathing.
When thoughts cross your mind not deny it and let them go as they have come as you try to keep thinking about your breathing and how air flows through your nostrils.
5) After finish the countdown can think of images that make you feel good or phrases that also cause this effect as “every time I am better and better.”
