What happens during Chakra healing and how does it work?
When someone energetically cleans us of any kind, or we do it to ourselves, there is usually a period of a few days during which most of these changes take place. These are days of “detoxification” and integration of new energies and information into our subtle bodies. These changes can also occur spontaneously when we are going through an important stage of our life, intense or especially moved.
Letting go of certain accumulated energies in our energy fields and subtle bodies that no longer serve us and replace them with other higher new energies produces the effect of “updating data”, by making an analogy with a computer to which we are installing the versions most recent programs, or even a new operating system.
Different levels of action
In spite of the fact that when an energetic work is done on someone, these changes and updates are made with as little discomfort as possible for the subject who receives them (cleaning is done through that person’s Higher Self) certain symptoms may appear During this period it is good to know, and know that they are being due to an improvement in our energy system.
Work at all levels
Anyway, since we are all completely different, some will not notice anything at all, while other people will perceive one or more of the things that I explain later. You should also know that readjustment occurs at all levels: emotional, mental, spiritual and ultimately physical, so there is someone who does not feel anything until quite a while after receiving that cleanup.
All the areas of our life in one way or another will be affected by a readjustment of these characteristics, since such work produces a healing and an elevation of our frequency, an elimination of things that no longer serve us and a rebalance of all the levels of our being. The deeper this cleaning is, the more things are removed and the more positive effects once it is completed.
some symptoms or sensations
I briefly comment on what we can find in each of the levels of our being when we are removing these ancient energies and replacing them with new ones.
- Physical cleansing of the body
Symptoms similar to a small cold or flu: headache, some fever, itchy throat, cough, etc. Also some minor physical discomforts. Simply the body is trying to eliminate toxins and stagnant energies wherever they have them, which translates into the need to expel on a physical level everything that no longer serves us.
To reduce discomfort it is advisable to enjoy outdoor walks, exercise, and drink liters and liters of water, eat healthier, rest more, etc. The idea is simple, help our body to recover the balance and recharge with the new energies as soon as possible. Nothing that is strange.
- Emotional purification
Deeply rooted emotions can appear for no reason: anger, anger, frustration, sadness, etc. These emotions come to light because they have been repressed or half-covered for a long time and when doing the cleaning we are eliminating them. Try not to be affected by what you are “feeling”, do not blame yourself or try to look for causes beyond letting those emotions exhaust their emotional charge and finally detach from your emotional body forever.
To facilitate the process, learn to relax, meditate, breathe calmly, give relaxing baths, enjoy things, etc. The goal is to let go of those emotions as smoothly as possible.
- Mental purification
Patterns of conduct, old thoughts, habits and customs that we thought were banished can come back to the surface. Sometimes we can again become addicted to eating something non-stop, smoking, drinking something , etc. It is the same process as before. That we had half buried in our mental body it is finally coming to the surface and dissipate, making us feel oneback when those effects that once caused us. Also all kinds of negative thoughts (guilt, abuse, constant judgment on others, victimization, etc.) can come out again during the cleaning process. Remember, we are sweeping the house, and we do not put the dust under the carpet again, but we remove it completely so that it does not bother us again.
Do not be hard on yourself when you feel yourself feeling these things. Simply recognizing them, validating them, and letting them go is what needs to be done. Change your impulses to do something “harmful” for something else that makes you feel better. Be gentle with yourself, do things that make you feel good, repeat positive affirmations, meditate, listen to music, etc.
- Spiritual purification / causal body
Your beliefs can be removed to their deepest foundations. The way you see the world can change, everything you thought it was in a way gradually turns out to be different. Your way of understanding how relationships work between people, religions, what is important to yourself, what you thought was solid as a rock, everything can turn around when there is a deep cleansing of stagnating energies on a spiritual level.
When this happens, it is as if they open our eyes, as if they gave us access to another higher plane of vision from which we see things differently. New revelations and intuitions come and go, new ideas replace old ones. Our world is transformed and we can feel disoriented while that transformation is taking place.
To mitigate those effects, talk about all this with those people who can understand you or have gone through something similar, read books that increase your “spiritual” vision of life, listen to music that will transport you to higher frequencies and make you feel good, and take good care of yourself. The process of transforming old beliefs and limitations is normal, and it does not have to be dramatic, again, you are only letting go what does not help you to reach a new level.
If you are in the middle of a process of energetic cleansing, following some therapy, and you see yourself reflected in something of all this, realize that it is normal, that it is a period of positive change and that once you have integrated all these new energies you will feel much better and renovated.
